Today was another day of rest. We went over to the T. Rec gym today (I literally just got the joke for it being called T. Rec). T. Rec is therapy recreation, so think a rec room where they do "therapy" in a way that makes it fun. They have a foosball table, a pool table, an air hockey table, and various activities planned through the weekend (some weekdays too, but the classes are only available if you don't have another therapy that interferes). Today they had an uno tournament so we went over there and Lincoln and Brian both played a bit. Since we are new, we don't know anyone yet, but it was really nice to see how many of the patients and family members did know each other. I know we will get there too here soon.
Even with it being the weekend, Brian was still very tired today. He kicked us out right after dinner tonight so he could go to sleep. But I let him go to bed early tonight since his real work starts tomorrow!
