Happy Easter! Well, we all survived trial weekend. Just kidding, it was so easy. In reality it wasn't any different from any other normal weekend other than we slept there.
We planned to go to Lincoln's lacrosse game on Saturday, but since it snowed all day Friday and most of Saturday his game was cancelled. I was actually pretty pleased with this since I didn't want to sit out in the cold for Lincoln's game. But this meant that we didn't actually leave the hospital as planned.
We did leave the hospital on Sunday though! Brian's aunt hosts Easter dinner every year and we weren't sure if we could make it or not, but we made it! We had a great time spending a few hours outside of the hospital surrounded by family and those who love us so hard. Lincoln really loved playing with all the kids and Brian did great there. He did great letting us know when he was ready to head back to the hospital. It was an absolutely perfect "test" to see how Brian would do out of the hospital bubble with just us and in a bit of a chaotic environment.
