Today was a special day for Brian and I! It was our 13th wedding anniversary! We are very lucky to be able to celebrate together and not in a hospital this year!
Today started as a slow morning with taking Lincoln to school and then coming home so I could work until Brian's PT and OT today! Then we went to those appointments. Prior to the appointments we went to Brian's favorite lunch, Hickory Baked Hams. It's crazy, I know, but both Brian and his brother are so obsessed with it. It was their high school hotspot for lunch. It's a hole in the wall shop that serves large meats, but also serves sandwiches. And it is right next door to the clinic so we have gone either before or after every appointment there and most likely that will continue until Brian's no longer going there.
After his appointments, we went home so I could continue to work until picking Lincoln up from school. After picking up Lincoln from school today, we headed to Boulder for bookclub! It's always my favorite days of the month when we have our bookclub evenings. Tonight we had such a great turn out (our most yet)! Brian also said he liked the book he started reading, which is great news!
