Today was an extra special day for Brian! He started out the day today with speech. In speech they discussed ways to continue to improve his speech even after he is discharged from his outpatient therapies. She also mentioned that Brian will be discharged from outpatient speech in TWO WEEKS! That is crazy and so exciting!
Then after speech today, he went to the Rockies game with my dad. My dad had an extra ticket today and asked if he could take Brian. This was the first time Brian spent some time without me since his discharge. He said he was excited to go to the game, but he wasn't excited to be without me. 🥹 While at the game, he also ran into his cousin who works for the Rockies. When he came home, he said he had a great time at the game and the Rockies won!!
