Happy 4th of July! We had a nice Independence Day today, but it was a long day. We started out the morning with some Gabe's since it is a Friday. Then we came back home to relax for a bit. I tried and failed AGAIN to install this hose! I do not understand the issue here. I even bought a new power tool and it still was unsuccessful. I will get this thing installed at some point! I am more determined than ever now!
Then we went to the Greeley Stampede again! We had tickets to the bull fighting tonight and we also wanted to take Lincoln to the carnival so he could ride some rides. Lincoln and I had a BLAST riding the rides. We also went at the perfect time because there were hardly any lines and we got to ride everything as many times as we wanted. Lincoln's favorite ride was The Kamikaze which is kind of a hammer shape that you sit in and it swings back and forth and then eventually you go upside down and all the way around. Lincoln wasn't quite tall enough to ride this one last year and he was so excited to do that one this year!
We took a break for dinner and Brian and Lincoln each had a turkey leg! After we ate we went to bull fighting. We all agreed that bull fighting is not our favorite because those guys get ROCKED by those bulls almost every time and it's hard to watch. We did get to see 3 jumps over the bulls which was pretty cool.
We got home late again so I'm expecting the boys to sleep in again tomorrow until we need to take Jamie to her adoption event. Send your good vibes that she gets adopted tomorrow because as much as we love having her, she needs to find her forever family.
