This was a special weekend since my friend from Australia was still in town. We were able to meet up with her and spend most of the day with her on Saturday. We decided to go to the zoo together. We had a great time and the animals were so active. This was also the first time that we had been back to the zoo since they did a big remodel where the birds used to be. And what was amazing was there was an Australia area!
Then today was a chore day. I pulled so many weeds while listening to an audiobook. Brian cleaned our bathrooms and also did some laundry. Lincoln enjoyed the last day of summer weekends (he starts school on Wednesday)! After I was done pulling weeds, Lincoln and I played horse again. Lincoln beat me by making a shot sitting down and then also one standing on one foot! He wanted to get a video of him making a shot while sitting so here it is.
