October is somehow already almost over. 😭
We had a really good week this week. My birthday was on Monday and my friends at book club surprised me with so many goodies including 2 gorgeous cakes!
Also on Monday we picked up another set of foster pups! We had them for the week and then they went up for adoption this weekend. The extra wrinkly boy was adopted and we ended up with two of the sisters from their litter starting Sunday! We named the boys Jason and Freddy (Freddy was the one adopted) and then we named the girls Annabelle and Blair! We leaned in hard to the Halloween theme.
In addition, Brian had OT this week where he really worked on strengthening his shoulder. He's so close to being discharged from therapy because he is doing so well! We also went to Gabe's as usual on Friday for our family breakfast! Then we were busy this weekend. Saturday we went to the pumpkin patch in Fort Collins to take the annual photo at the pumpkin patch. We also go with a few of Brian's friends that have also joined us the past few years. I love looking at this same photo through the years! Then on Sunday I went with my mom and aunt to help clean up and declutter my grandma's apartment. While the work itself wasn't the most fun, we made it look so much better and spending the day with them was so nice! We realized after we had left that we missed out on a great opportunity to take a photo with the four of us, but oh well.
