Weekly Update 24 - 30 Nov

 Sorry I am horribly late to this weekly update! 

Do you ever feel like time is slipping through your fingers and nothing can slow it down? Do you remember those water snake toys from the 90s? I feel like I am trying to hold on to one of those but the water snake is time. 

We had a great week last week because it was Lincoln's Thanksgiving break so he was home with us all week. He had a play date with a few of his friends from school on Tuesday and had a great time with that. Brian has his two sessions at OT that he has been having and he's still working on similar activities, trying to get more strength in his shoulder and working on some functional activities in order to get back to work and coaching. 

Then we had Thanksgiving on Thursday at my parent's house with my aunt and uncle and cousins. We had a great meal that my aunt cooked for us and played some games. I made a double chocolate and vanilla swirl bread that looked really cool when we cut into it. It wasn't my favorite flavor, but it looked super cool. It was a low stress holiday and those are always my favorites. We did still go to Gabe's for breakfast on fun Friday. Over the weekend we didn't do much just relaxed around the house. We did get a few new foster puppies on Sunday though!
